Users may request deletion of their GoldSparrow profile, user ID and related personal data by following the official deletion request process.

• Login to your GoldSparrow account using your registered email/mobile number and password.
• Go to the website or app header, open Settings, and select the Delete ID / Delete Profile option.
• The option will open your email application with the required deletion request details already filled in, including your registered account information where available.
• Review the email carefully and send it to GoldSparrow Solutions from your registered email address.
• After we receive your deletion request, the profile deletion and data removal process may take up to 30 days, subject to identity verification, legal compliance, billing records, security checks and operational requirements.
• Once the deletion request is submitted and accepted for processing, any active GoldSparrow service, subscription, app access, website access, auction information access or related account benefit linked to that ID may be automatically stopped, terminated or made inactive.
• Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, audit, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, regulatory or legitimate business purposes. Such retained information will be restricted and used only for the permitted purpose.
• Deletion of profile or ID does not automatically cancel any outstanding dues, pending obligations, misuse investigation, legal claim, compliance requirement or previously completed transaction record.
• After deletion is completed, the user may lose access to login history, subscription details, support records, downloaded information, auction alerts and other account-linked services.
